Your Host

Chad Putman, MSW

  • Chad Putman, MSW, a social worker, wellness practitioner, breathwork facilitator, retreat guide, and creator of The Seven Doorways, a transformational framework designed to help gay, bi, and queer men navigate change with greater awareness, embodiment, courage, and connection.

  • My professional journey began in social work and behavioral health, supporting people through crisis, transition, recovery, and some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Over time, my work expanded beyond traditional systems of care into coaching, breathwork, somatic and embodiment practices, retreats, sacred intimacy, and transformational wellness.

  • Today, through Make Your It Happen, I create experiences that invite people to move beyond simply talking about change and begin experiencing it — through the body, breath, reflection, connection, and intentional action.
