The power of Breathwork

Hello beautiful. I'm happy to report I'll be hosting Eyes Wide Open on Saturday, August 30 at 8pm in Tampa, Florida. This hour-and-a-half workshop will feature Ecstatic Movement, Breathwork and a Guided Meditation.

Ecstatic Movement: Refers to a free-flowing, unchoreographed movement where individuals move intuitively and expressively in response to music, without predefined steps or structure. It's a form of a moving meditation that emphasizes letting go, surrendering to the music, and connecting with one's inner self through movement.

Breathwork refers to a set of techniques that involve conscious and intentional breathing practices. These techniques aim to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being by regulating breathing patterns. Breathwork is an active form of meditation allowing participants to drop out of their conscious mind and into their bodies for release and healing.

Guided meditation includes mindfulness, breath awareness, body scans, progressive muscle relaxation, and visualization. Guided meditation also emphasizes the connection between the mind and body, promoting a state of deep relaxation and self-awareness. Guided meditation can provide an opportunity for downloads and intuitive messages from your higher-self.
