Self Care & Self Love
Here are a few suggestions. Jump into this work with love and excitement. Avoid doing this work when you are hungry, angry or tired. Take four deep breaths before you start to document responses to the journaling activities. Take frequent breaks, this is your life experience we are talking about. The topics and responses you document can be loaded with heavy thoughts and feelings. Thank yourself for taking the time for personal growth and reflection.
